CSAB SFTI 2018




CSAB SFTI 2018 is conducted for admissions into the B.Tech courses offered by Self Financing Technical Institutes (SFTI). Admissions will be done according to the JEE Main scores secured by the candidates.

Eligibility Criteria of CSAB SFTI 2018
·         The candidates should hold a valid JEE Main 2018 score.



·         Should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate scores (40% for SC/ST category) in the 12th standard exam.
·         Minimum pass marks as prescribed by the respective boards of the 12th standard exam in each of the five subjects (Physics, Maths, Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject, any one language, and anyone fifth subject) used to calculate aggregate marks.


Counselling Procedure of CSAB SFTI 2018
Eligible candidates will be able to complete the CSAB SFTI 2018 counselling process by following the given steps:



·         Payment of Fees – After logging into the CSAB portal using their JEE Main 2018 application number and password, the candidates will have to pay the counseling fee. Payment has to be done through SB Collect on the portal of State Bank of India. The fee to be paid is Rs. 21,000.
·         Registration – Following the payment process, the candidates will have to log in using their JEE Main 2018 application number and password. The candidates will be allowed to edit their aggregate percentage of marks, gender, category, PwD status, and Status of Eligibility.



·         Choice Filling – The candidates will have to fill their choice of college and course according to their preference. Before locking the choices, the candidates will be able to edit, rearrange, and change their preferences.
·         Allotment of Seats – Eligible candidates will be allotted according to their merit, preference of seats, and availability of seats. The allotment result will be declared online and the selected candidates will have to download their provisional seat allotment letter.       
·         Reporting at Allotted Institute – The selected candidates will have to report to their allotted institutes and pay the balance fee. Verification of documents will be done by the authorities. All of the admission formalities will have to be completed by the candidates.
